We are looking for an Integrator. A true operational second-in-command who can take a visionary founder's ideas and turn them into systems, revenue, and extraordinary member experiences.

WHAT GENIUS NETWORK IS

Genius Network is a private, high-fee membership community. Members are founders, CEOs, and top performers who pay a significant annual fee for access to elite peer connections, curated events, and Joe Polish's network and frameworks. The organization also operates alumni and affiliated programs. Retention, member satisfaction, and alumni re-engagement are mission-critical functions.

If you have spent your career inside association management, membership-based organizations, or professional societies, you already understand the operational language of this role. The disciplines you've built (membership acquisition, onboarding, retention programming, event operations, team management, dues-based financial modeling) are exactly what Genius Network needs at the leadership level.

THE ROLE

The Integrator owns the operating rhythm of the organization. You will report directly to Joe Polish and serve as the person who makes the vision real. This is not a coordinator role or an EA function. You are the operator who runs the business so that the founder can do what founders do.

Core responsibilities include:

- Owning the full member lifecycle: acquisition pipeline, onboarding experience, retention systems, and alumni re-engagement programs
- Building and managing the internal operating cadence — weekly rhythms, quarterly planning, annual strategy execution
- Leading and developing the staff team across operations, events, marketing, and member services
- Partnering with Joe to evaluate new programs, partnerships, and revenue opportunities, and driving the ones that get a green light to completion
- Managing organizational KPIs, financial performance targets, and reporting
- Serving as the internal hub that keeps every department aligned and moving

WHO YOU ARE

You have real experience running operations inside a membership-based or community-driven organization. You know what it takes to manage a member base that has high expectations and a low tolerance for friction. You are a systems builder. You think in processes, not tasks. You are comfortable setting direction for a team and holding people accountable without creating a culture of fear. You have operated at or near the C-suite level and you are ready to step into the number-two seat of a high-performance organization.

You also understand what it means to support a founder. You do not need the spotlight. You are energized by building something that outlasts the chaos of vision-without-structure.

Specific background that maps well to this role: Chief Operating Officer, Deputy Executive Director, VP of Operations, or Director of Membership and Operations at a membership organization, association, professional society, or community-based business.
