Pediatric Dentist Associate Opportunity – Flexible Full-Time Track with Immediate Opportunity
We are a high-volume, well-established pediatric dental practice seeking a motivated, patient-focused associate to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to grow into a full schedule, develop clinically, and work in a supportive, non-corporate environment.

Schedule (Flexible Growth Model):
- Start at 1–2 days per week

- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Board-certified or board-eligible pediatric dentist
- Oregon dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Moderate sedation permit in Oregon or actively working toward obtaining one
- Current BLS and PALS certification (or ability to obtain)
- Comfortable providing:
- Pediatric exams and diagnosis
- Preventive and restorative pediatric dentistry
- Behavior management and parent communication
- Ability to practice independently and confidently within a team-based environment
- Professional, compassionate chairside manner
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and long-term practice sustainability
