The salary is an average of what is made annually. Whatever profits made from running the course can be kept. Clubhouse rent is $2,000 this price is negotiable.
I am in need of a golf savvy individual to help out by leasing the course and renting the clubhouse. I am no longer able to do this by myself and would like if someone were to come and help out. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Must lease the course and rent the clubhouse. Individual must be able to keep up with maintenance and aesthetics. I need someone who can work with money and keep guests in order. Working on machines such as golf carts and lawn mowers is also necessary for this job. I need the premises secured after hours and I need someone who is not afraid to kick someone off the course. There is also a kitchen in the clubhouse if starting a restaurant or cafe would be of any interest to you.

I currently work as a manager for a Golf Course in Sedro Woolley, WA. I am in search of someone to take over my job by leasing the course and renting the clubhouse on the same property.
