Brokerage Coordinator - Debt Equity/Finance Team

Job Description Summary

The Capital Markets Brokerage Coordinator will support transactions generated by Cushman & Wakefieldâ™s Equity Debt & Structured Finance brokerage team across multiple product types (i.e. multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, etc...).
The role is based in Charlotte, NC and requires availability to work on-site in the uptown Cushman & Wakefield office.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Deal Documentation and Revenue Accounting

• Prepare and collect all deal-related documents, and follow up with all parties on the execution as required
• Maintain and process all expense reports for brokers
• Coordinate with Legal for review and approval of agreements as necessary
• Follow and adhere to deal management process by use of deal management system and submission of all applicable documentation required

Marketing

• Coordinate with internal functional groups on behalf of brokers in support of pursuits as
  needed. This includes obtaining and delivering necessary information for content creation for marketing deliverables (graphic design, mapping, etc.)
• Attend strategy sessions with brokers and other departments as necessary to generate
  creative/innovative ideas for pursuits
• Prepare other marketing materials as needed.

Maintain Client Relationship Management Database

• Maintain and enter new leads and opportunities into the CRM system
• Generate project codes for corresponding deals for the proper recording of pursuit and deal-related expenses
• Run reports

Other Administrative Tasks:

• Expense reports
• Travel management
• Reporting

Background and Experience

Demonstrated experience should include:

• Bachelorâ™s degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate
• 3+ yearsâ™ experience in a professional organization
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience in Salesforce is a plus
