East Texas Children’s Dentistry is seeking a full-time or part-time Pediatric Dentist (or a General Dentist who loves working with kids and wants to learn!) to join our thriving, high-tech private practice in Northeast Texas. We’re located less than 2 hours outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, offering the perfect blend of meaningful career growth, strong income potential, and a slower-paced, high-quality lifestyle.

About the Practice

• 2 doctors, 5 hygienists, 4 assistants
• Strong patient flow with a mix of FFS, insurance, and Medicaid (no PPOs or DMOs)

Clinical Scope

• Nitrous sedation
• General Anesthesia and Oral Conscious Sedation cases
• Comprehensive pediatric dental care

Who We’re Looking For

• A positive, energetic, and team-oriented doctor
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and families
• A provider who wants to put down roots and grow long-term
• Pediatric specialty training preferred, but open to GPs with strong pediatric experience

Schedule Flexibility
