We are looking for an Assistive Technology Professional to conduct in-person mobility evaluations. Responsibilities include performing client interviews, observing gait and movement patterns in real-world environments, evaluating home and community accessibility, and assessing for appropriate equipment.

Duties include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' functional abilities and environments to determine appropriate assistive technology needs
• Performing client interviews and observing gait and movement patterns in real-world settings
• Evaluating home and community accessibility and assessing for appropriate equipment
• Analyzing medical data to develop personalized recommendations
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Providing training and education to patients, families, caregivers, and staff on proper device use and maintenance
• Documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately within medical records and case management systems
