We are looking for an amazing PEDIATRIC DENTIST to join our team 1-2 days per week!
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care to children and adolescents, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for our young patients.

Duties

• Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients, including preventive, restorative, and emergency treatments.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Perform various dental procedures such as dental extractions, pulpal therapy, and restorations.
• Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Ensure infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe clinical environment.
• Collaborate with dental assistants and staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
• Stay updated with advancements in pediatric dentistry and participate in ongoing professional development.

Experience

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
• MUST: Graduate from an accredited pediatric dental residency.
• Proficiency with dental software systems such as Open Dental is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and medical imaging techniques.
• Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable.
• Credentialing in oral sedation is beneficial.
• Great position to add more hours to an existing position!
