We are actively seeking talented full-time Endodontists to join our busy, rapidly growing group of privately owned practices across the Greater Houston area.
These positions are ideal for those looking to grow in their endodontic career—whether as an associate or future partner. We offer long-term partnership opportunities for those interested in practice ownership, but we also welcome career-minded associates who prefer clinical focus without ownership responsibilities.
Since our founding in 2010, we’ve grown steadily and doubled in size over the last 5 years—with plans to double again as we expand into Houston and surrounding markets. To support this growth, we’re also looking for motivated doctors interested in partnership. You'll have the opportunity to learn the business side of dentistry through direct mentorship from our existing four partners and experienced clinical team.
These positions are in an established office with a high volume of patients needing immediate treatment. Strong patient and referral communication skills, along with clinical efficiency, are essential. We provide a great supporting team to help you focus on delivering excellent care.

Digital radiography
CBCT imaging
Operating microscopes in every operatory
