UT Health Tyler is the flagship hospital of the system serving hundreds of thousands annually. Specializing in advanced acute care medicine, our midtown location boasts a Level 1 trauma center and comprehensive stroke center, the region?s only EMCO program and a Level III NICU. Our medical staff includes more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups.
Responsibilities
Serves?as the assistant to the members of the administrative team of the healthcare system, with the role designed to enhance the time management and performance of the executive office.?
The position requires a high level of responsibility, with administrative duties of a professional, sensitive and confidential nature.??
Effective planning and communication?skills, as well as independent judgment, are required.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
3-5 years of secretarial or administrative experience with progressive responsibility?
Basic personal computer skills and comfort with Microsoft Windows operating system; database and word processing skills required?
